to the existing auditorium.

- HAKI staircase internally (28 metres high).

- Over 200 metres of office accommodation gantry.
- New build of the backstage area.
- Internal bricklayers.
- Internal risers and lift shafts.
- In excess of 380 metres of bridging beams to all areas.
