GKR Scaffolding has been awarded has been awarded the scaffolding contract for Holbrook House which is situated Great Queen Street and Parker Street in Covent Garden.

The project includes a scaffold solution for both internal and external works with a significant amount of steel work required to bridge over surrounding roads and adjacent properties.

The scheme will see the 1960s building redeveloped to include a ground and first floor extension, alternations made to the eighth and ninth floors, along with external recladding, internal refurbishment, infrastructure and enabling works.

The main contractor is Skanska.
