GKR Scaffolding take gold
GKR Scaffolding is delighted to be awarded a gold award plaque at the recent Considerate Contractor Scheme awards. The Considerate Contractor Scheme, pioneered by the City of London in 1987, aims to encourage building and civil engineering contractors working in the City to carry out their operations in a safe and considerate manner, with due regard to passing pedestrians and road users. Building sites are annually judged on the basis of their overall performance during that year and on a site visit by a specially appointed judging panel. GKR had 16 projects ongoing in the city at the time of winning the award, a real testament to the way in which they undertake their business. The gold award plaque was presented by the Lord Mayor, Alderman John Stuttard to GKR Directors Lee and Neil Rowswell.
