GKR Scaffolding were appointed the scaffolding contractor on the 24 Million refurbishment of Albermarle House in Beckenham, Kent for Taylor Woodrow Developments.

Two new floor levels were to be constructed to the existing two blocks with the East elevation of the site being cantilevered from the first floor level due to the Network Rail lines being 5.00 meters from the building line.
